Simplifying using BODMAS rule

$(132- 4578) \times 4267 + 426$

 

= $-4446 \times 4267 + 426$       [as $(132- 4578) = -4446$] 

= $-18971082 + 426$          [as  $-4446 \times 4267 = -18971082$]

= $-18970656 $                    [as -18971082 + 426 = -18970656]
