Simplify the following:$5[13+12\div 3(2\times2)-4]$

Given :

The given expression is $5[13+12\div 3(2\times2)-4]$.

To do :

We have to simplify the given expression.

Solution :

We have to use the Bodmas method in these types of problems.

Bracket followed by, followed by division, followed by multiplication and then

addition and subtraction.

Therefore,

$5[13+12\div 3(2\times2)-4] = 5[13+12\div 3(4)-4]$

                                                    $= 5[13+12\div 12-4]$

                                                   $ = 5[13+ \frac{12}{12} - 4]$

                                                   $ = 5[13+1-4]$

                                                  $ = 5[14-4]$

                                                 $ = 5 \times 10$

                                                  $ = 50$

Therefore, the value of $5[13+12\div 3(2\times2)-4]$ is 50.
