Solution :

$4+[19+(7+3-8+9)]$

We have to use the BODMAS method in these types of problems.

$4+[19+(7+3-8+9)] = 4+[19+(19-8)]$

                                 $= 4+[19+11]$

                                 $= 4+30$

                                 $= 34$.

The value of $4+[19+(7+3-8+9)]$ is 34.
