We have to simplify the given expression.

Solution :

We know that,

$(-) \times (-) = (+)$

$(-3) \times(-6) \times(-2) \times(-1) = [(-3) \times (-6)] \times  [(-2) \times  (-1)]$

                                      $= (3\times 6) \times  (2\times 1)$

                                     $  = 18 \times  2$

                                     $ = 36$
