Simplify the following:$14 \times 4\frac{5}{8} \times \frac{27}{35} \times 1\frac{3}{37}$

Given :

The given expression is $14 \times 4\frac{5}{8} \times \frac{27}{35} \times 1\frac{3}{37}$.

To do :

We have to simplify the given expression.

Solution :

 $4\frac{5}{8}= \frac{(4\times8+5)}{8} = \frac{(32+5)}{8} = \frac{37}{8}$

$1\frac{3}{37} = \frac{(1\times37+3)}{37} = \frac{(37+3)}{37} = \frac{40}{37}$

 $14 \times 4\frac{5}{8} \times \frac{27}{35} \times 1\frac{3}{37} = 14 \times \frac{37}{8} \times \frac{27}{35} \times \frac{40}{37}$

                                                   $ = 2 \times \frac{37}{8} \times \frac{27}{5} \times \frac{40}{37}$

                                                    $= 2 \times \frac{37}{1} \times \frac{27}{5} \times \frac{5}{37}$

                                                    $= 2 \times \frac{1}{1} \times \frac{27}{1} \times \frac{1}{1}$

                                                    $= 54$.

Therefore, the value of  $14 \times 4\frac{5}{8} \times \frac{27}{35} \times 1\frac{3}{37}$ is $54$.
