Simplify the following expressions:$ (3+\sqrt{3})(3-\sqrt{3}) $

Given:

\( (3+\sqrt{3})(3-\sqrt{3}) \)

To do:

We have to simplify the given expression.

Solution:

We know that,

$(a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2$

Therefore,

$(3+\sqrt{3})(3-\sqrt{3})=(3)^{2}-(\sqrt{3})^{2}$

$=9-3$

$=6$

Hence, $(3+\sqrt{3})(3-\sqrt{3})=6$.
