Solution:

$[(\frac{3}{5})^{5}$ $\times$ $(\frac{2}{7})^{3} ]$ $\div  [(\frac{-3}{7})^{4} \times (\frac{2}{5})^{5}]$

=  $(\frac{3}{5})^{5}$ $\times$ $(\frac{2}{7})^{3} $ $\times  [(\frac{7}{-3})^{4} \times (\frac{5}{2})^{5}]$

= $(-1)^{4}\times 2^{3-5} \times 3^{5-4} \times 5^{5-5})\times 7^{4-3}$

=$\frac{3 \times 7}{2 \times 2}$


= $\frac{21}{4}$ Answer
