To do: 

We have to find the value of \( \left(\frac{3}{8}\right)^{-2} \times\left(\frac{4}{27}\right)^{-3} \times \frac{1}{3} \).

Solution:

$(\frac{3}{8})^{-2} \times(\frac{4}{27})^{-3} \times \frac{1}{3}=(\frac{8}{3})^2 \times (\frac{27}{4})^3 \times \frac{1}{3}$

$=\frac{8\times8\times27\times27\times27\times1}{3\times3\times4\times4\times4\times3}$

$=\frac{729}{1}$

$=729$

$=3^6$
