(4) $\frac{13}{10}, \frac{-17}{10}$.

The given set of numbers are,

(1) $\frac{3}{2}, \frac{5}{2},-\frac{3}{2}$.

(2) $\frac{7}{5}, \frac{-2}{5}, \frac{-4}{5}$.

(3) $\frac{-5}{8}, \frac{11}{8}$.

(4) $\frac{13}{10}, \frac{-17}{10}$.

We have to express the given numbers on the number line.


Solution :

(1) $\frac{3}{2}, \frac{5}{2},-\frac{3}{2}$.

 

 $\frac{3}{2}, \frac{5}{2},-\frac{3}{2}$ can be represented on the number line as follows.

$\frac{3}{2} = 1 \frac{1}{2}$

$\frac{5}{2}= 2 \frac{1}{2}$

$-\frac{3}{2} = -1 \frac{1}{2}$

(2) $\frac{7}{5}, \frac{-2}{5}, \frac{-4}{5}$

$\frac{7}{5}, \frac{-2}{5}, \frac{-4}{5}$ can be represented on the number line as

follows.

$\frac{7}{5} = 1 \frac{2}{5}$

(3) $\frac{-5}{8}, \frac{11}{8}$

$\frac{-5}{8}, \frac{11}{8}$ can be represented on the number line as follows.

$\frac{11}{8} = 1 \frac{3}{8}$

(4) $\frac{13}{10}, \frac{-17}{10}$.

$\frac{13}{10}, \frac{-17}{10}$ can be represented on the number line as follows.

$\frac{13}{10} = 1 \frac{3}{10}$

$\frac{-17}{10} = -1 \frac{7}{10}$
