**Given:** Sagar's school is 4km from his village

**To do:** To find total distance by him

**Solution:**

Distance from village to school = 4 km

1 km = 1000 m

So , 4 km = 4000 m

Distance covered when he goes from village to school is 4000 m

He covers the same distance when he return to village from school.

**So the total distance covered = 4000 $+$ 4000 = 8000 m. **
