Rahul makes a score of 63 in his 12th innings.

His average score increases by 2.

To find :

We have to find the average score after 12 innings. 

Solution :

Let the average score after 11 innings be x.

This implies,

The total score of 11 innings $= 11x$

Average score after 12 innings $= x+2$

Therefore,

$\frac{(11x+63)}{12} = x+2$

$11x+63 = 12x+24$

$12x-11x = 63-24$

$x = 39$

Average score of Rahul Dravid after 12 innings $= 39+2 = 41$.

 Average score of Rahul Dravid after 12 innings is 41.
