The smallest cell in the human body is Granule Cell of Cerebellum. It is 4 - 4.5 micrometers long. The Red Blood Cells (RBCs) are also small in size i.e. 5 micrometers. The sperm cells are also considered as smallest cell in terms of volume, its size is 4 micrometers in length.
