Is the drag force the same to frictional force or they are different? Are they depend on different factors only or they are totally different?

There is a difference between drag force and frictional force. Friction is relatively constant at different velocities while drag force increases with speed. For example, when you rub your hands together at different speeds, the frictional force remains the same irrespective of the heat generated. Whereas, as you increase the speed of your bike, the drag increases significantly.
