If we eat bread and omelette daily, then do you think it is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet is a diet that contains different kinds of foods in certain quantities and proportions, so that the requirement for calories, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and alternative nutrients is adequate.
A balanced diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, macronutrients, micronutrients, and adequate calories.
Eating bread and Omelette daily would never be a balanced diet because we can't get all the required nutrients needed by our body.
Eggs mainly contain proteins, and bread contains the carbohydrates, so the rest nutrients left for a balanced diet can never be full-filled by only eggs and bread.
