If the weight of an object is 6N on earth, then what will be its weight on the moon?
Moon has less mass than Earth, so the force due to gravity at the lunar surface is only about 1/6 of that on Earth.
In this case, the weight of a body is 6N on the earth. So, the weight of a body on the moon is 1/6 x 6 N = 1N
Hence, the weight of a body is 1N on the moon.
