If the value of three chocolates is Rs. 5 then what is the value of half chocolate?
Given: Value of three chocolates is 5.
To find: Here we have to find the value of half chocolate.
Solution:
Value of three chocolates = Rs. 5
So,
Value of one chocolate = Rs. $\frac{5}{3}$
And,
Value of half chocolate = Value of one chocolate $\times\ \frac{1}{2}$
Value of half chocolate = Rs. $\frac{5}{3}\ \times\ \frac{1}{2}$
Value of half chocolate = Rs. $\mathbf{\frac{5}{6}}$
So, value of half chocolate is Rs. $\frac{5}{6}$.
