Solution:
Cost of 1 Kg of Rice = .36$\frac{1}{2}$
= Rs 36.50
Cost of 4$\frac{1}{2}$ or 4.5 Kg of Rice
= Rs 36.50 $\times$4.5 Kg
= Rs 164.25
Therefore The cost of 4$\frac{1}{2}$ kg of rice is Rs164.25
