If the blue light is scattered then how can the colour of the sky will be blue?
Scattered away means not vanishing. For example, if carrom coins get scattered away we can see them all the floor. Similarly, if water got spilled then the entire floor will be spread by water. Therefore, since blue light is scattered away we can see it in the sky.
