To do: To find the value of $2p^{2}-q^{2}+3r^{2}$. 

Solution:

As given, $p=-2,\ q=-1$ and $r=3$

$2p^{2}-q^{2}+3r^{2}$

$=2( -2)^2-( -1)^2+3(3)^2$

$=8-1+27$

$=34$
