The cost of 5.8 metres of cloth$=Cost\ of\ 1\ m\ of\ cloth\times Length\ of\ cloth$

$=Rs.\ 5.8\times\frac{250}{8}$

$=Rs.\ 181.25$

The cost of 5.8 metres of cloth is Rs. 181.25.
