Solution:

Let the total number of subject experts be $100x$.

This implies,

The number of female subject experts $=\frac{80}{100}\times100x$

$=80x$

Therefore,

$80x+25=100x$

$100x-80x=25$

$20x=25$

$x=\frac{25}{20}$

$x=\frac{5}{4}$

The number of female subject experts $=80x$

$=80\times\frac{5}{4}$

$=20\times5$

$=100$
