If 3A=2B=5C. Then find A:B:C.

Given: 3A = 2B = 5C

To do: FInd A:B:C

Solution:

Let 3A=2B=5C BE $p$

$3A = p;  A = \frac{p}{3}$

$2B = p;  B = \frac{X}{2}$

$5C =  p;  C = \frac{X}{5}$

$A : B : C   =   \frac{p}{3} : \frac{p}{2} : \frac{p}{5}$

$A : B : C   =   \frac{1}{3} : \frac{1}{2} : \frac{1}{5}$

To make the denominators same, Take LCM

LCM of 3 , 2 , 5 is 30

So, $\frac{1\times10}{3\times10}: \frac{ 1\times15 }{ 2\times15}: \frac{1\times6 }{5\times6}$

$\frac{10}{ 30}  : \frac{ 15}{ 30}  : \frac{ 6 }{ 30}$

Therefore, the ratio is:

10 : 15 : 6
