a) Resistivity is the characteristic property of a substance that depends on the substance's nature and temperature.

b) Given: l = 1 m, d = 0.2mm, R = 10ohms

To find: We have to find the Resistivity of its material.

Solution:  

We know that,
$R=\rho \frac{l}{A}$

$\rho =\frac{RA}{l}$

$=\frac{10\times \pi \times (0.0001{)}^2}{1}$

$=31.4\times 10^{-8}\Omega m$
