I am having problem to understand the concept of positive and negative terminal
Positive terminal of a battery: Positive terminal or positive electrode of a battery has also been named as anode. Anode or positive terminal is always positively charged. It receives electrons.
Negative terminal of a battery: Negative terminal of the battery is also known as cathode. Cathode is the source of electrons.
Cathode generates electrons and anode receives electrons. In the actual circuit, this flow of electrons from a negative terminal to the positive terminal is known as the current flow.
