We can keep ourselves fit and healthy by following measures:
1) Consume a variety of foods, containing various vitamins and minerals.
2) Diet should be rich in carbohydrates.
3) Saturated fat should be replaced with unsaturated fat.
4) Maximum percentage of diet should contain fruits and vegetables.
5) Salt and sugar intake should be reduced
6) One should eat a regular balanced diet in the control portion.
7) Maintain plenty of water consumption.
8) Healthy body weight should be maintained
9) Exercise regularly and keep yourself active.
