How milk convert in the curd?
Curd is a dairy product which is obtained by coagulating milk by the process called curdling.
The coagulation can be caused by adding any edible acidic substance such as lemon juice or vinegar, to the lukewarm milk and then allowing it to coagulate.
The increased acidity causes the globular proteins of milk (casein) to tangle into solid masses, or curds because of the chemical reaction between the lactic acid bacteria and casein.
