How during the equinoxes both the hemispheres are equally inclined?

Equinox- It is the time when the Sun is exactly above the Equator, making day and night approximately equal in length all over the Earth.

It occurs on 21st March, also known as Vernal Equinox, and on 23rd September, also known as Autumnal Equinox.

During the equinoxes, both the hemispheres are equally inclined, because of the Earth's tilted axis and its movement around the Sun, and at this moment the center of the visible Sun is directly above the equator making perpendicular to the Earth's surface—a right angle.

Only during the equinox, the Earth's 23.5° axis is not tilted toward or away from the sun.
