How does the magnets work?
magnets have North and South poles and we know that the same poles repel each other on the other hand opposite poles attract each other. Thus a magnetic field is generated when two pieces of magnets are placed together according to the direction of the poles and north-seeking poles of the atoms in the iron line up in the same direction when an iron piece along with the magnet.
