How does a magnet create a magnetic field ?

A magnetic field is created by charges in motion. Magnetic material has large number of unpaired electrons moving in orbits. These moving electrons create magnetic field. All these electrons are arranged in such a way that their motion is aligned. When the motion of electrons is aligned along one direction, their magnetic field adds up. This creates the magnetic field in the magnets
