How can saltwater reverse back to salt and water again?

Saltwater can be reversed back to salt and water again by the process of evaporation. 

On Evaporation, sodium chloride/salt, if the water evaporates, the salt will be left behind. The evaporated water can be collected in a cool vessel by the process of condensation.
