How bear can live without food?

Bears survive the winter season by adding on a lot of weight before the winter.

They constantly eat grasses, berries, nuts, millers, other animal species, and also the dead animals to gain the fats.

They went for hibernation which helps animals to survive the changing seasons.

Hibernation functions to conserve energy by slowing down the body function, such as heartbeats and breathing, when sufficient food is unavailable.

They can survive while a long sleep because their bodies use their stored fat or food for energy.
