Given:
Given A.P. is $0.3, 0.55, 0.80, 1.05, …………$.
To do:
We have to write the first term a and the common difference d.
Solution:
In the given A.P.,
$a_1=0.3, a_2=0.55, a_3=0.80$
Therefore,
First term $a=a_1=0.3$
Common difference $d=a_2-a_1=0.55-0.3=0.55-0.30=0.25$.
The first term $a$ is $0.3$ and the common difference $d$ is $0.25$.
