Find the resistance between A and B."



 Here, in the given figure, there are four squared arrangement of the wire. In each square Two wires are in the series combination and the resultant resistors are in  parallel combination.

Therefore, resistance of the series connected wire $=R_1+R_2$

$=r+r$

$=2r$

And resistance in each square $=\frac{1}{R_1}+\frac{1}{R_2}$

$=\frac{1}{2r}+\frac{1}{2r}$

$=\frac{2}{2r}$

$=r$

All the fore squared wires are series connected between A and B.

Therefore, resistance between A and B $=R_1+R_2+R_3+R_4$

$=r+r+r+r$

$=4r$
