Now, $\frac{500}{36}:30$

$\Rightarrow 500:30\times 36$

$\Rightarrow 500: 1080$

$\Rightarrow 50: 108 = 25:54$

Therefore, the ratio of 50 km per hour and 30 m per second is 25: 54.
