Solution:

$(\frac{4}{3} p q^{2}) \times(\frac{-1}{4} p^{2} r) \times(16 p^{2} q^{2} r^{2})=\frac{4}{3} \times(\frac{-1}{4}) \times 16 \times p \times p^{2} \times p^{2} \times q^{2} \times q^{2} \times r \times r^{2}$

$=\frac{-16}{3} p^{1+2+2} \times q^{2+2} \times r^{1+2}$

$=\frac{-16}{3} p^{5} q^{4} r^{3}$
