Solution:

Diameter of circle $( d)=17.5\ m$

$\Rightarrow$ Radius of circle $( r)=\frac{d}{2}$

$\therefore$ Circumference of circle$=2\pi r$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times 8.75$

$=55\ m$
