Find MP:SP $=Rs.\ 544$, Discount $= 15 \%$
Given:
SP $= 544$, Discount $=15 \%$
To do:
We have to find the MP.
Solution:
We know that,
MP $= \frac{(SP \times 100)}{100-Discount \%}$
Therefore,
MP $= \frac{(544 \times 100)}{100-15}$
$= \frac{54400}{85}$
$= Rs.\ 640$
Hence, MP $ = Rs.\ 640$.
