The given expression is  $CXVI + VIII + CCLV$

To do :

We have to find the sum and express it in roman numerals.

Solution :

$CXVI = 100+10+5+1 = 116$

$VIII = 5+1+1+1 = 8$

$CCLV = 100+100+50+5 = 255$

Therefore,

$CXVI + VIII + CCLV = 116+8+255 = 379$

379 is Roman numerals is written as,

$300+50+20+9 = CCC+L+XX+IX = CCCLXXIX$.

Therefore, the value of $CXVI + VIII + CCLV$ in roman numerals is $CCCLXXIX$.
