Solution:

To find proportional value we need to convert 1.5 meter to centimetre. Now,

1 m = 100 cm

1.5 m = 1.5 $\times$ 100 = 150 cm

So,

90 : 150

= 30 $\times$ 3 : 30 $\times$ 5

Canceling the common factor 30;

= 3 : 5

So, the answer is 90 cm : 1.5 m = 3 : 5.
