Solution :

$3xy+2+3y+2x = 3xy+3y+2x+2$

                        $= 3y(x+1)+2(x+1)$

                         $= (3y+2)(x+1)$


Therefore, the factors of $3xy+2+3y+2x$ are $(x+1)$ and $(3y+2)$.
