Solution:

If we divide 35 by 4 we will get 8 and the remainder will be 3

So, $8 \times 4 + 3  =  35$

So, it can be written as $8 \frac{3}{4}$

b) $ \frac{71}{5}$

If we divide 71 by 5 we get 14 and the remainder is 1 

So, $14 \times 5 + 1  =  71$

So, it can be written as $14\frac{ 1}{5}$

c) $ \frac{93}{4} $

If we divide 93 by 4 we get 23 and the remainder is 1 

$23 \times 4 + 1  =  93$

So, it can be written as $23 \frac{1}{4}$
