Step I: Obtain the number in decimal form.

Step II: Multiply the number in decimal form by 100 and put percent sign (%).

$0.58 = 0.58 \times 100% = 58$% 

(b) 0.483

$0.483 = 0.483 \times 100% = 48.3$%

(c) 2.76

$2.76 = 2.76 \times 100% = 276$%

(d) 9.243

$9.243 = 9.243 \times 100% = 924.3$%.
