Explain the Divisibility rule of 11.
Divisibility Of 11 :
A positive integer N is divisible by $11$ if the difference of the alternating sum of digits of N is a multiple of $11$.
For example
$2343$ is divisible by $11$ because $2 - 3 + 4 - 3 = 0$, which is a multiple of $11$.
$24680$
Sum of the alternating digits is,
$2-4+6-8+0 = -4$ and $-4$ is not a multiple of $11$.
Therefore, 24680 is not divisible by 11.
