Explain electronic configuration?
The electron configuration is the distribution of electrons of an atom or molecule in atomic or molecular orbitals. For example, the electron configuration of Sodium (Na) is a metal with atomic number 11.
Electronic configuration of Na: 1s² 2s² 2p6 3s¹.
