Everything is on earth and earth is continuously spinning, s. So technically the objects on it are also spinning. So how do we answer the question what is motion?

Motion:

Motion is a movement of an object from one place to another place. It is observed by attaching a frame of reference to it. For example, assume that a person is traveling on a train. He is in motion with respect to the person who is outside the train, whereas he is in rest with respect to the person who is already in the train. Thus frame of reference is necessary to say whether a person is in motion or not. Similarly, the objects present around us look like there is no movement in them. But since the earth moves all the time, the objects around us must also move. But since we are also in the same frame, the objects around us look like there is no movement. if we travel to outer space, since the frame of reference is changed, we can observe that the objects around us are moving
