Evaluate using distributive property:$\frac{9}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) + \frac{1}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11})$.

Given :

The given expression is $\frac{9}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) + \frac{1}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11})$.

To do :

We have to evaluate the given expression using the distributive property.

Solution :

$\frac{9}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) + \frac{1}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11})$

$\frac{9}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) + \frac{1}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) = -\frac{3}{11} (\frac{9}{5} + \frac{1}{5})$

$= -\frac{3}{11} (\frac{10}{5})$

$= -\frac{3}{11} \times 2$

$= -\frac{6}{11}$

Therefore, the value of $\frac{9}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11}) + \frac{1}{5} \times (-\frac{3}{11})$ is $-\frac{6}{11}$.
