Given :

We have to express the given expression in its simplest form.

Solution :

We know that,

$(\frac{a}{b})  ÷ (\frac{c}{d}) = (\frac{a}{b}) \times (\frac{d}{c})$

$\frac{7}{15} ÷ 3= \frac{7}{15} ÷ \frac{3}{1}$

                 $=  (\frac{7}{15}) \times (\frac{1}{3})$

                $= \frac{(7\times1)}{(15\times3)}$

                $= \frac{7}{45}$.

Therefore, the simples form of $\frac{7}{15} ÷ 3$ is $\frac{7}{45}$.
