Solution: 

$\sqrt{50625}$

$=\sqrt{\underline{3\times3}\times\underline{3\times3}\times\underline{5\times5}\times\underline{5\times5}}$

$=3\times3\times5\times5$

$=225$

 Now, $\sqrt{5.0625}+\sqrt{506.25}$

$=2.25+22.5$

$=24.75$

Thus, $\sqrt{50625}=225$ and $\sqrt{5.0625}+\sqrt{506.25}=24.75$.
