Difference between Root System and Shoot System.
The difference between the root system and the shoot system are as follows:
Root System | Shoot System |
The root system is composed of roots, tubers, and rhizoids of the plant. | The shoot system is composed of leaves, buds, flowers, and fruits of the plant. |
