Define grouping of Object

Sorting of objects into groups with each group having its own characteristic properties is called Grouping or CLASSIFICATION OF OBJECTS.

• Grouping the objects helps us to arrange them in a systematic manner.
• Classification of objects makes it easier to locate and identify with them.
• We can get an idea of the properties of other members of the group by just identifying one member of the group
• Grouping also makes it easy to compare two objects.
